Product payment information

The credit card bank may contact you when a high-value payment is made. When the payment is deemed to be proceed with the stolen credit card and freud during the payment confirmation, the order can be deferred or cancelled.


Deposit can be made via PC banking, online banking, tele-banking, or at a nearby back.

The name of the remitter on the order and the actual remitter must match, and the deposit must made within 7 days of the order to prevent from the cancellation.

Exchange and return are possible when

-    Within 7 days upon the delivery, for any electronic products, unpacking and damage of package can cause limitation to the exchange and return

-    Within 3 months, or 30 days of notice on the instruction of received products are otherwise directed as from the advertised



Exchange and return are impossible when

-    The package is damaged due to intentional unpacking of the product by the consumer

-    The cases of the product being unpackaged or the package is damaged

(example: exchange/return of electronic products, food, music and defective pixel of computer, LCD monitor and digital camera follow the standard of manufacturer.)

-    The product is used and its value is decreased as a new product. However, the cosmetic products are as aforementioned when the sample products are provided.

-    The product value is decreased by lapse of time

-    The package of reproduction product is damaged

*  The shipping fee for the exchanged and returned products is charged by the sender when the exchange and return is made due to the change of demand of customer.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
